Tender Description:
The Company seeks to prequalify experienced and technically competent service providers for the provision of motor vehicle and equipment maintenance services, generator maintenance, vehicle rental, towing services, heavy haulage, crane truck rental, and heavy lifting services. The exercise is intended to create a database of approved service providers who may be invited to participate in future procurement opportunities and service contracts during the prequalification period.
Scope of Work:
The prequalified service providers shall be responsible for delivering specialized non-consultancy services as required by the Company under their respective categories. These services include repair and maintenance of motor vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, pole handlers, tractors, and generators; provision of vehicle rental and towing services; execution of heavy haulage operations using trailers; provision of crane truck rental services; and undertaking heavy lifting assignments for electrical infrastructure, equipment, and operational support activities. Service providers shall ensure availability of qualified personnel, appropriate equipment, timely service delivery, compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and adherence to the Company operational requirements and applicable regulatory standards throughout the engagement period.
