The successful prequalified contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall undertake the provision of works, goods, and services as and when required by the District Local Government under the respective categories. This shall include execution of civil works such as construction, renovation, and maintenance of public buildings, water infrastructure, boreholes, and related installations; supply and delivery of specified goods including ICT equipment, vehicles, medical supplies, agricultural inputs, and construction materials; and provision of professional and technical services including consultancy, surveying, engineering design, capacity building, and land administration services. Prequalified firms under framework contracts shall further provide routine operational services such as vehicle maintenance, ICT support, fuel supply, catering, cleaning, equipment hire, and other support services. All service providers shall ensure timely delivery, adherence to technical specifications, compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and maintenance of quality, safety, and accountability throughout the contract period.
