Position Summary
FINCA Uganda is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Youth Segment Manager to lead client acquisition, sales growth, and partnership engagement within the youth market. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing FINCA’s value proposition for youth and women, cultivating strong relationships, and unlocking new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for driving sales origination, building partnerships, onboarding youth clients, and identifying key opportunities for portfolio growth and revenue generation.

How to Apply
Drive client acquisition and sales origination efforts targeted at the youth segment.
Effectively communicate FINCA Uganda’s value proposition to both clients and strategic partners, with a focus on women and youth empowerment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Identify and quantify revenue growth opportunities and recommend strategies for portfolio expansion.
Lead youth onboarding initiatives and develop tailored engagement plans.
Track, monitor, and report on the business pipeline—especially for high-value youth-related opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align youth-focused initiatives with overall business goals.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management—preferably in financial services or youth-focused programs.
Strong understanding of youth market dynamics, financial inclusion, and client engagement strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for social impact and financial inclusion.
