Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Business Analyst. In this key role, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and enabling data-informed decisions across our organization.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, gather and refine requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support high-impact outcomes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, identify improvement areas, and define optimized workflows
- Translate business needs into detailed documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and solution outlines
- Support end-to-end project delivery by contributing to design discussions and validating solutions against requirements
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off of deliverables
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and delivery to align on solution direction
- Contribute to data analysis activities to support evidence-based decisions
- Track and report progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders
