Job Description
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing all user interface screens and elements (buttons, icons, sliders, forms) across web and mobile applications. The role entails creating wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and applying visual and interaction design principles to simplify complex workflows. The designer will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, participate in user research, and maintain design systems and UI style guides. A strong emphasis is placed on creating accessible, responsive, and inclusive design solutions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design all screens and UI elements for mobile and web interfaces (60%)
Maintain a consistent UI style guide/design system
Collaborate with software developers and product teams for seamless handoffs
Develop low/high fidelity prototypes to demonstrate user interactions (30%)
Conduct user research and integrate feedback into design improvements
Promote and adhere to UX/UI design standards and best practices
Participate in knowledge-sharing and professional development activities (10%)

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic Requirements:
BSc in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field
Professional Certifications:
Certification in UX/UI Design
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant professional experience
Proven UI design experience with strong visual and interaction design skills
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
Familiarity with design principles for Android, iOS, and web platforms
Knowledge of responsive design, information architecture, and accessibility
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
