Job Description
The Junior Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for supporting the full software development lifecycle, including designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, senior developers, and product managers to build intuitive and efficient digital solutions. Responsibilities will include writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, debugging issues, and integrating third-party APIs. The developer will also have the opportunity to work with modern frameworks and gain exposure to DevOps practices.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications.
Work on both frontend (UI/UX) and backend development.
Write clean and efficient code in collaboration with the team.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the tech stack.
Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications.
Stay informed about new technologies and propose innovations.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior developers.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience or practical project experience.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Basic understanding of backend languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js, Django, Laravel, or Spring Boot.
Understanding of CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
Exposure to DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
Experience with testing tools like Jest, Mocha, PHPUnit, or PyTest.
Participation in hackathons, bootcamps, or open-source projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
