Role Overview
DFCU Bank is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Transaction Banking Sales Manager to join its Corporate Banking Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Transactional Banking (TB) products—including Trade and Cash Management—through collaboration with Relationship Managers and Senior TB Sales Managers. The role involves client engagement, product promotion, cross-selling, and ensuring revenue growth across the corporate customer portfolio.

Business Development & Sales
Develop and grow the client base for Transaction Banking products including Trade and Cash Management.
Drive product sales and meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury, IT, Operations, and Business Banking teams to promote product uptake and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Client Management & Service Excellence
Deliver superior customer service to retain clients and enhance client satisfaction.
Ensure internal departments provide necessary support to achieve service excellence.
Implement and promote customer service best practices.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor product performance and analyze financials, transaction volumes, and portfolio trends.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track deal progress for visibility and impact measurement.
Ensure proper pricing of TB products and optimize fee collection for revenue growth.
Product Management
Identify opportunities for improvement in existing products, processes, and customer experience.
Contribute to the development and rollout of new product features or enhancements.
Revenue Growth
Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets through effective client engagement and retention.
Drive product awareness, customer onboarding, and utilization of Transaction Banking solutions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Additional certification in IT or Computing is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in banking, preferably in sales or product management.
Strong understanding of bank systems, trade finance, supply chain, and cash management solutions.
Proven track record in sales, with excellent negotiation and client engagement skills.
Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, both internal and external.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
High levels of integrity and a strong sense of initiative.
