Job Description
The Territory Manager will lead and coordinate sales and marketing initiatives across the Kilwa region. This role is responsible for managing distributor relations, training and coaching sales teams, reviewing weekly sales performance, and ensuring effective implementation of brand campaigns. The manager will also play a critical role in supporting Mobile Financial Services initiatives and contributing insights to strengthen business strategies. This is a leadership position requiring excellent negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure while working with diverse teams and communities.

How to Apply
Implement sales and marketing strategies within the Kilwa territory.
Address customer requirements at points of sale and support distributors.
Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve performance.
Review and analyze weekly sales reports for assigned distributors and areas.
Promote and monitor adoption of promotional activities across channels.
Coordinate and facilitate monthly sales review sessions.
Support the rollout and execution of Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives.
Contribute to the preparation of business cases and regional strategies.
Ensure successful execution of brand campaigns in the territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communication Management, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business administration.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Experience working across diverse cultures and communities.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to achieve results through leadership and effective teamwork.
