Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans, engaging prospective clients, conducting property showings, and managing marketing materials. The officer will also be responsible for maintaining client databases, preparing reports, managing social media listings, and supporting the overall branding efforts of the company. This role requires a creative and driven individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

How to Apply
Promote PIC's real estate products to targeted clients using effective marketing approaches
Provide detailed product explanations and real estate guidance to clients
Schedule meetings, site visits, and coordinate showings with clients
Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, record keeping, and client communications
Prepare marketing materials and manage property listings on social media platforms
Maintain an up-to-date and organized client database
Collect and report daily feedback from property visits and meetings
Monitor stock and order supplies for marketing and administrative functions
Achieve assigned sales targets and support business development strategies
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field from a recognized institution
At least 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in real estate or investment
Strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili
High attention to detail and ability to assess client needs effectively
Honest, creative, innovative, and self-driven
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Proficiency in using social media and basic office software
