Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls and email inquiries, managing meeting room schedules, and overseeing the reception area. The role also includes general administrative tasks such as managing office inventory, preparing vouchers, coordinating events, and handling mail distribution. The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, strong organization, and a customer-first attitude in every interaction.

How to Apply
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Transfer calls and relay messages to appropriate staff in a timely manner
Manage meeting room bookings and availability
Sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail and packages
Prepare vouchers and assist with basic financial record-keeping
Perform administrative tasks including typing, printing, photocopying, and faxing
Record and monitor office expenses
Assist in arranging staff travel logistics
Coordinate both internal and external company events
Manage and track inventory for office supplies, equipment, and furniture
Supervise services such as cleaning and maintenance providers
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the reception area
Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
Organized, resourceful, and customer-service oriented
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Ability to operate office equipment efficiently
Fast learner with a proactive attitude
