Job Description
The IT Help Desk Intern will be responsible for training users on the use of stock and sales software, offering technical support for mobile apps and web portals, resolving support tickets, and reporting bugs. The intern will also assist in testing new software updates and ensuring that the organization's IT infrastructure—including CCTV, call center systems, and networks—runs smoothly. Additionally, the intern will carry out tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

How to Apply
Train users on the use of stock and sales software and promote best practices.
Provide technical support for users of web portals and mobile applications.
Respond to and resolve raised support tickets through the portal.
Report software bugs and test new application updates.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure such as CCTV systems, call centers, and networks.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving ability.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
