Job Description
As a Teller, you will serve as the frontline representative of Standard Bank. You will be responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, balancing cash drawers, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank policies. The position also includes cross-selling financial products, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the branch team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or equivalent.
Experience
Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred.
Strong cash handling experience with proven accuracy.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in banking software and computer applications.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.
Fluency in English and Swahili is preferred.
