Job Description
As the Telesales Manager at KTOB Solutions, you will be tasked with driving the performance of a remote telesales team. You will develop and refine sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and manage daily operations to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The role requires a hands-on leader who is analytical, communicative, and passionate about team success. You'll also be responsible for coaching staff, identifying training needs, and enhancing the efficiency of sales processes. Regular performance reporting and close collaboration with leadership are integral to the role.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing remote telesales team
Set and achieve team sales targets
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics
Deliver coaching and training to improve agent capabilities
Refine telesales scripts and optimize processes
Manage campaigns and align team performance with business objectives
Generate and present performance reports
Foster a culture of accountability and success
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telesales leadership, preferably in telecom or BPO sectors
Proven ability to manage remote teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
Highly goal-oriented and deadline-driven
Ability to inspire and lead a sales team toward success
