Job Description
Working onsite in Cape Town, South Africa, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns efficiently. Your goal will be to ensure customers have exceptional interactions with the brand, demonstrating empathy, knowledge, and professionalism. The role involves handling incoming communications, conducting research, offering solutions, and in some cases, upselling products or services. You’ll receive extensive training and career support to grow within the company.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer inquiries via voice or digital channels
Research and provide accurate information to resolve customer issues
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Handle minor product/service upselling to existing clients
Demonstrate knowledge of products or services to guide customers
Collaborate with team leads to ensure service quality
Uphold company values of integrity, respect, and excellence
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of 6 months’ work experience in customer service or related field
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in English (B1+ level or above) – both written and spoken
Ability to manage multiple screens and tech tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Empathetic and customer-focused approach
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
