How to Apply
Supply Chain and Procurement:
Organize and manage the supply, logistics and purchase department.
Manage litigation if any between affiliates, or between affiliates and suppliers.
Plan and coordinate the transport of products or goods (stock management, coherent organization of flows, shipment management etc).
Ensure that regulatory obligations are properly understood and applied.
Implement tools on the logistics, transport, and supply side
Plan and coordinate the transport of products or goods (stock management, coherent organization of flows, shipment management etc)
Assist local teams in day-to-day procurement of all products & services.
Facilitates internal, external and statutory audits.
Ensure and drive compliance within the business
Operational Performance & Project Management
Set up key indicators and dashboards to measure the performance of the actions carried out in supply chain
Monitor performance of supply chain and procurement systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the supply chain and procurement organization
Budgeting
Lead large supply chain and procurement projects, including the design and deployment of new supply chain and procurement systems and services
Monitor the deployment of new analysers or analytes, from Request for Information, Tendering Process, Supplier Selection, and Deployment of Analyzer in countries
Propose new projects to generate savings for the group, or increase quality of results
Ensure a smooth deployment of the Ethiopian hub
Human Resource
Conduct and complete the Performance Appraisals for the direct reports.
Ensure time and attendance in strict accordance with the CLA policies.
Assist with the recruitment of direct line reports
Ensure training is conducted for new staff and coach and mentor direct reports
Ensure information is properly general communication is optimal within the company
Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
3-5 years of experience working in similar role
SAGE ERP systems experience
Solid understanding of warehouse and Inventory Management.
Expert Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills.
Fluent oral and written English.

Sage knowledge or other ERP knowledge and expertise.
High level of numerical, analytical, conceptual skills and problem-solving skills.
Strong level of managerial and business proficiency.
The ability to work autonomously and hold themselves accountable.
Knowledge of Stores Warehouse and Inventory Management.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
