Job Description
The Store Assistant will support warehouse and stores operations at the Adjumani field office, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical supplies and organizational assets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming supplies and equipment at the store
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory management systems
- Ensure proper storage and organization of medical supplies and organizational assets
- Prepare and process goods issue notes and delivery notes
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Support the logistics team in dispatch and distribution of supplies to field sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports for the Stores Officer
