How to Apply
Reconcile physical inventory with system records daily, weekly, and monthly; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate any deviations to appropriate stakeholders.
Plan and execute stock counts (cycle and full counts) in coordination with customers, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up on any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and secure filing systems for all documentation used in inventory reconciliation and system updates.
Monitor and track inventory movements, identify potential issues, and propose corrective measures.
Ensure that all transactions recorded in the system are backed by valid and accurate source documents.
Support internal and external audits by preparing reports, reconciliations, and required documentation.
Develop and maintain tools for inventory tracking and variance analysis.
Investigate causes of stock variances or shrinkage and recommend preventive or corrective actions to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in stock control, inventory verification, or warehouse operations.
Practical knowledge of ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Oracle, JDA, SAP) is preferred.
Exposure to customer-facing roles in supply chain or inventory control environments.
Certification in Inventory Management or Warehouse Safety is an added advantage.
Strong experience in cycle counts, variance reconciliation, and audit readiness.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
