Job Description
Areas including but not limited to: Luwero, Mityana, Mipigi, Kisoro,Kasese, Bwera, Buliisa, Moyo, Nebbi, Kitgum, Adjumani, Kotido, Moroto, Kamuli, Iganga
Service Consultants: To take demand from walk-in customers for any cash, digital migration and service-related matters in order to deliver a positive client experience.
Sales Consultants: To generate sales leads and take demand from personal customers for any banking matters ranging from product questions to customer account activities in order to deliver a positive client experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product or service selection.
Sales Generation: Actively engaging with customers to promote products or services, upsell or cross-sell, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the products or services offered in order to effectively educate customers and make appropriate recommendations.
Order Processing: Handling customer orders, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring timely delivery or service completion.
Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues, addressing concerns, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure ethical behavior and legal compliance.

Qualifications and Competencies
First Degree from a reputable university
One year of experience in a sales / customer service role
Previous branch banking experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to speak any of the local languages in these regions will be an added advantage
