Job Description
The Senior Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing a small team, handling inventory and stock management, overseeing visual merchandising, ensuring cash control and accurate administration, and maintaining exceptional customer service. This position requires a hands-on leader who can develop staff, handle challenges effectively, and maintain a high-performing store environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive and achieve store turnover targets
Lead and manage a team of ±4 employees
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Maintain stock levels and manage shrinkage
Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand standards
Manage store cash-ups and perform administrative duties
Implement and monitor retail policies and procedures
Control store expenses and assets
Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
2–5 years of proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Computer literacy, especially with Outlook, Excel, and retail systems
Strong knowledge of retail policies, operations, and procedures
Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
