Job Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth evaluations of current business practices, collecting and analyzing data, and proposing actionable recommendations for improvement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to document business requirements, create detailed process workflows, and ensure smooth implementation of enhancements. The Business Analyst will also support user training and testing while keeping abreast of industry trends to guide ongoing improvements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with internal departments to gather and define business requirements
Create process documentation, including detailed maps, workflows, and reports
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Lead implementation of process enhancements and monitor impact
Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide progress updates and gather feedback
Deliver training to staff on new systems and process changes
Keep informed of business analysis best practices and industry trends

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
