Job Description
This position requires a proactive leader to spearhead the expansion of the commercial asset finance book. The Senior Manager will develop and execute strategies to strengthen dealer and customer networks, align business teams, and collaborate across segments to deliver VAF solutions. Responsibilities include making client and dealer visits, enhancing supplier relations, ensuring effective promotion of schemes, and meeting set sales targets. The role also involves identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and contributing to overall business growth by extending support to related banking divisions.

Contribute to the growth of the commercial asset finance portfolio within BCB.
Support CIB and PPB segments with VAF-related solutions.
Generate leads by strengthening relationships with dealers, suppliers, and customers.
Conduct customer and dealer visits to drive business opportunities.
Ensure achievement of sales objectives through promotional schemes.
Collaborate with internal business teams to deliver VAF propositions.
Monitor asset-based lending activities to ensure profitability and compliance.
Provide insights into market opportunities and competitive positioning.
Identify and manage risks associated with asset finance.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals of the bank.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education
First Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance and Accounting, or Banking (required).
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in Business Solutions, Business and Commercial Banking, or related roles.
Prior exposure to asset-based lending and vehicle/equipment finance preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Strong ability to develop and implement business strategies.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong customer understanding and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in loan assessment, approval, and risk analysis.
Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
