Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executives will be responsible for initiating and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals. The role requires individuals with strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive sales performance, meet targets, and grow the company’s market share. The successful candidates will also be expected to support the marketing team in developing sales materials and contribute to business development strategies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact to deal closure
Research and analyze potential sales opportunities
Serve as a contact point for clients and respond to service-related queries
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Generate referrals from existing clients
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop suitable sales materials
Perform any additional sales-related tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or senior leadership
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience
Diploma holders with at least 3 years’ experience in sales will also be considered
Skills and Competencies:
Proven persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and capable of multitasking
Customer-oriented and self-motivated
Strong business acumen and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Professional etiquette and strong work ethic
