Job Description
The role involves generating and converting sales leads, managing client relationships, coordinating with finance and operations teams, conducting field visits, and promoting the company’s products through various marketing and training activities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional who can work under pressure, manage high-end clients, and contribute to strategic business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to identify and pursue sales leads
Follow up on referrals and leads from showroom visits, events, and promotions
Schedule and carry out client meetings to understand needs and close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for retention and referrals
Provide continuous customer support and status updates on sales orders
Coordinate with the finance team to clarify payment terms and documentation
Participate in promotional and customer training activities to boost brand visibility
Deliver market intelligence insights to management and marketing teams
Assist in stock planning by supporting the unit ordering process
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector or in luxury goods sales to high-net-worth individuals
Skills and Competencies:
Valid driver’s license (manual and automatic transmission)
Customer-oriented with a results-driven approach
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Organizational and analytical skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and create win-win outcomes
High integrity and ability to work under pressure
