Job Description
Reporting to the Chapter Leads - Brand Strategy and Marketing Communications, the Brand Specialist will shape brand perceptions by implementing a digital-first, insights-led approach. This involves being the principal brand storyteller and guardian, developing integrated brand campaigns, managing cross-functional partnerships, driving campaign effectiveness, and using data and technology to support brand growth. The role demands collaboration across disciplines such as research, legal, communications, commercial, and sustainability. It also includes managing brand assets, influencing engagement approaches, deploying communication strategies, and aligning campaigns with business objectives. The successful candidate will also promote a culture of performance, learning, and customer-centric delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Define and refine brand positioning to appeal to target audiences and differentiate from competitors
Craft and articulate brand stories aligned with business objectives
Execute integrated campaigns and measure their effectiveness
Lead brand audits and enforce brand guidelines
Utilize data to drive brand insights and inform strategic decisions
Identify growth opportunities and behavior change solutions
Drive productivity through marketing effectiveness and digital transformation
Engage and inspire internal teams and external agencies
Prioritize and manage multiple brand projects using agile methods
Uphold a strong commercial judgment and a tech-driven mindset
Foster collaboration and accountability within teams
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years’ experience in brand management, including 2 years in a senior role in brand/category marketing or communications strategy
Key Competencies:
Expertise in brand strategy, campaign execution, and storytelling
Understanding of digital marketing and marketing technology (AI, analytics, Martech)
Experience managing complex campaigns and cross-functional teams
Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to drive commercial impact through brand initiatives
Passion for innovation and customer-focused solutions
