Business Development & Sales

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customers nationwide.
• Drive sales of exfoliated vermiculite, growing media mixes, peat moss, and perlite.
• Develop and execute territory-based sales plans aligned with company targets.
• Build strong relationships with commercial farms, nurseries, greenhouses, landscapers, and Agro-dealers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on orders and collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Technical Agronomic Support

• Provide technical advisory services on product application, crop suitability, and performance optimization.
• Conduct product demonstrations, on-farm trials, and customer training sessions.
• Support customers in diagnosing crop, soil, and substrate-related challenges.
• Collaborate with internal agronomy and production teams to refine products based on field feedback.
• Prepare technical reports, field visit summaries, and customer performance assessments.
