Job Description
The officer will conduct field data collection and computer data entry/cleaning; perform analysis and compile relevant literature; undertake designated research tasks with limited supervision; draft manuscripts and prepare research progress reports per work plans; train and supervise technicians; assist in planning specific mental-health studies; support the development of fundable research proposals and consultancies; and perform other official duties as assigned, adhering to research ethics and institutional standards.

How to Apply
Perform field data collection, computer data entry/cleaning, analysis, and literature reviews.
Undertake specific research activities with limited supervision.
Prepare and submit draft manuscripts and technical/progress reports.
Train and supervise technicians supporting study activities.
Assist in planning specific research projects in mental health/psychology/psychiatry.
Contribute to fundable research proposals and consultancy assignments.
Carry out any other official duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Master’s degree in Psychiatry (from a recognized institution) with Upper Second Class minimum or overall Grade B+ for unclassified degrees.
~12 months’ relevant research exposure preferred.
Proficiency in data handling/analysis and scientific documentation.
Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork; high research ethics.
