Job Description
Working under Senior Researchers, the officer will conduct community/health-facility fieldwork; perform computer data entry, cleaning, and basic analysis; gather and synthesize relevant literature; prepare technical reports and draft manuscripts for review; contribute to progress reports and work plans; assist in planning specific studies; help develop fundable research proposals and consultancies; train/supervise technicians; and perform other assigned duties, adhering to research ethics and institute standards.

How to Apply
Assist with field data collection (qualitative/quantitative), entry/cleaning, analysis, and literature reviews.
Prepare and submit technical reports and draft manuscripts to supervisors.
Train and supervise technicians involved in studies.
Contribute to research progress reports and study work plans.
Assist in planning specific research projects and in preparing proposals/consultancies.

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Anthropology from a recognized institution with Upper Second Class minimum or overall Grade B+ (for unclassified degrees).
~12 months of relevant research exposure preferred.
Strong analytical, writing, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in computer-based data entry/management and basic analysis.
Organized, detail-oriented; able to work collaboratively and under supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to research ethics.
