Role Overview
As Regional Recruiting Associate, you will play a vital role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to fuel Educate!’s growth. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to build a winning team for this award-winning social enterprise.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles independently.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and success criteria.
Develop engaging job descriptions and coordinate interview processes.
Screen, interview, assess candidates, and facilitate offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
2. Candidate Pipeline Development & Management
Work with sourcing specialists to define ideal candidate profiles.
Qualify and engage passive candidates for current and future roles.
Conduct talent mapping and maintain warm candidate pools.
Track pipeline health and provide feedback on candidate quality.
3. Stakeholder Partnership
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
Provide market insights to support workforce planning.
Educate teams on recruitment best practices and interview skills.
Support onboarding and diversity initiatives.
Report regularly on recruitment metrics and challenges.
4. Process Improvement & Candidate Experience
Enhance candidate communication and response times.
Gather candidate feedback to refine recruitment processes.
Stay updated on market conditions and recruiting trends.
Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
Participate in professional development and recruiting events.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Ideal Candidate Profile
2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, managing multiple stakeholders from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse cultural contexts.
Experience working in multicultural environments and partnering effectively with hiring managers at different levels.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse), metrics tracking, and process improvements.
Detail-oriented with excellent candidate record management.
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years recruitment experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in G Suite, Excel, and email; experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) is a plus.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Maintains strict confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
