Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Program Analyst will be responsible for reviewing program activities, preparing progress and impact reports, and supporting continuous improvement in project implementation. The analyst will oversee the design of monitoring and evaluation plans, including indicator development, data collection, and reporting frameworks. The role also requires effective stakeholder engagement with ministries and community partners, risk management, and documentation of lessons learned to strengthen program delivery.

How to Apply
Prepare and review program progress reports and mid-year reviews with program directors.
Analyze and evaluate project effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Develop Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) plans, including indicator selection, target setting, and reporting.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on program outcomes and impact.
Document lessons learned and best practices in program implementation.
Establish systems for assessing monitoring and evaluation data validity.
Work with program managers to identify risks and opportunities across projects.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including government ministries and NGOs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Director or Executive Director.
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation or related discipline is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program analysis, data analysis, or M&E.
Key Competencies:
Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation (quantitative and qualitative).
Knowledge of M&E frameworks and tools.
Research proficiency (literature reviews, policy analysis, needs assessments).
Budgeting and financial analysis understanding.
Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, Excel, or other project management tools.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving and risk management abilities.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to travel within regions.
