Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a humanitarian or development organization
Professional certification in procurement (CIPS, CPP, etc.)
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
