Job Description
The Customer Service Operations Associate will serve as a central point of contact between customers, transporters, and internal teams. They will be responsible for handling daily customer transactions, coordinating shipments, resolving operational issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role demands a high degree of professionalism, organization, and communication skills, with a dynamic mindset suitable for a fast-paced logistics environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and transporters
Handle customer transactions including trip management and after-sales support
Coordinate the shipment of goods and ensure smooth delivery operations
Communicate with shippers, transporters, and customers to resolve issues
Optimize routes for cost-efficiency and operational effectiveness
Implement continuous process improvements to enhance service delivery
Maintain accurate and exemplary operational records
Respond to general customer requests and inquiries
Identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
University degree with up to 2 years of post-university work experience
Prior experience in start-ups or the service/hospitality industries is a plus

Good mathematical and logistics coordination skills
Demonstrated ability to plan ahead and manage multiple tasks under pressure
High level of integrity, dedication, and ambition
