Job Description
Successful applicants will join academic faculties including Law, Business and Economics, Science and Education, Arts and Social Sciences, and the University Library. Responsibilities include teaching, research, supervision, academic advising, and contributing to the growth and quality of the university’s academic and research environment. Library staff will support the development and maintenance of modern library services, ensuring efficient access to information resources for students and faculty.

How to Apply
For Assistant Lecturers:
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the relevant field.
Conduct research and publish in recognized academic outlets.
Supervise students in academic projects and dissertations.
Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
For Librarian/Assistant Librarian/Library Technician:
Manage and maintain library services and resources.
Support academic staff and students with information access.
Develop and sustain modern library systems.
Ensure efficient record-keeping and archiving.
Faculty of Law
Master’s degree in Law (GPA ≥ 4.0) and Bachelor’s in Law (GPA ≥ 3.5, Upper Second Class).
Faculty of Business and Economics
Assistant Lecturers in Procurement & Supply/Logistics, HRM, Economics & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing & Entrepreneurship (Master’s GPA ≥ 4.0, Bachelor’s GPA ≥ 3.5).
Faculty of Science and Education
Assistant Lecturers in Psychology, History, Literature & Kiswahili (Isimu), IT/Computer Science (Master’s GPA ≥ 4.0, Bachelor’s GPA ≥ 3.5).
Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
Assistant Lecturers in Anthropology of Wildlife Management, Journalism/Communication, Community Development (Master’s GPA ≥ 4.0, Bachelor’s GPA ≥ 3.5).
Library Positions
Librarian: PhD in Information Studies, proven library experience.
Assistant Librarian: Bachelor’s in Information Studies, library operations experience.
