Job Description
Working within the warehouse operations team, the MFC Picker is responsible for inbound (receiving and documentation), inventory control (cycle counts, quality checks, content creation in systems), and outbound (picking, packing, and shipping) to meet daily targets. The role ensures data accuracy in Danzai/Odoo, resolves picking/shipping errors within set lead times, maintains audit-ready records and a clean, safe workspace, and collaborates with colleagues to optimize space utilization and workflow.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Receive and process stock promptly; prepare/verify receiving documents.
Create and update product content in Danzai & Odoo; conduct product/pricing quality checks (Danzai).
Perform inventory controls, accurate cycle counts, and maintain high audit standards.
Pick, pack, stack, shelve, and stage items; achieve daily shipment targets.
Ensure all orders are picked/shipped within timelines; track and account for all picking slips.
Investigate and resolve picking/shipping errors within predefined lead times.
Handle customer shipping queries within acceptable time frames.
Keep premises/workstations clean and safe; follow warehouse SOPs.
Collaborate with warehouse team to complete assigned tasks and optimize space.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements
1+ year experience in warehouse operations (entry-level friendly).
Computer literate; advanced MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Skills & Competencies
Process-oriented, organized, and highly attentive to detail.
Strong analytical ability; convert insights into action plans and clear reports.
Able to articulate findings using data; excellent communication skills.
Flexible to work in varied environments; team player.
People leadership potential and strong work ethic.
