Job Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s design and print services. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing digital and social media platforms, coordinating promotional events, preparing marketing reports, and working closely with design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires meeting revenue targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote design and print services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate, institutional, and individual customers.
Manage social media platforms and run digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
Prepare marketing reports, proposals, and competitor analysis for management.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the printing, advertising, or design industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Creative thinker with passion for design, branding, and innovation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and marketing targets.
