Job Description

The Sales Personnel will play a key role in driving revenue through active sales of land and managing the end-to-end sales process. The role includes identifying prospects, presenting company products, conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and following up on sales leads and payments. The position requires excellent communication, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Sales reporting and customer relationship management are critical aspects of this role.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential business opportunities.

  • Achieve individual land sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Schedule and attend meetings with corporate and individual clients to present products.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and inform clients about land location, benefits, pricing, and payment options.

  • Maintain communication with prospects and provide after-sales support.

  • Research and develop innovative client sourcing methods.

  • Update and track all client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Organize and participate in client site visits.

  • Follow up on payments from clients personally sourced.

  • Submit weekly reports on leads, conversions, and client activities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution or a diploma in Public Relations.

Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
