Job Description
This role involves understanding customer segments using tools such as the Customer Value Analysis Tool (CVCA) and Client Account Plans to anticipate and address Vehicle and Asset Finance (VAF) needs. The incumbent will execute business and commercial customer value propositions, industry and ecosystem value propositions, and initiatives that optimize client experience and portfolio performance. The role requires developing competitive CVPs that ensure ROI, sustainability, and market penetration while adapting strategies to market changes with efficiency and agility.

Execute Business & Commercial CVP, CIB Value Propositions, and Industry & Ecosystem Value Propositions.
Design and implement initiatives aimed at portfolio growth, profitability, and improved client experience.
Develop, manage, and adapt CVPs for sustainability, competitiveness, and ROI.
Identify and respond quickly to market changes with innovative solutions.
Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve shared outcomes.
Oversee acquisition activities and integration of CVPs through Client Coverage and Product teams.
Manage customer retention, pricing strategies, risk awareness, and credit management.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Banking, Marketing, Risk Management, or Analytics (Required).
Master’s Degree (Preferred).
Experience
3–4 years’ experience in segment income statement, balance sheet, pricing strategies, risk management, and credit.
Demonstrated ability in CVP development and management, acquisition activities, and integration of CVPs through Client Coverage and Product.
Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving shared outcomes.
Exposure to customer relationship management, project management, and product knowledge in business banking.
Behavioural Competencies

Ability to embrace and drive change.
Strong teamwork and people empowerment capabilities.
Technical Competencies
Financial analysis and acumen.
