To ensure proper stock management including storage, re-ordering and distribution through effective implementation of warehouse management skills, Being proactive and innovative, you are expected to be highly reliable, to search for excellence, to respect good governance and HSSEQ principles across the company and consider the company’s reputation at all times in particular respecting the OESA Code of Conduct.
You are responsible for your personal results, and do not hesitate to display a proactive and creative attitude with a particular commitment to teamwork.
Key working relations:
Responsible for Issuance of stock as per approved stock requisition and dispatch documents
Responsible for preparing accurate warehouse reports and budgets for management information.
Reconciliation of stock and preparation of daily sales report.
Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of stock to clients and sales teams.
Responsible for managing and maintaining stock records which include requisitions, contracts and purchase orders
Analyze stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage and sales trend to determine stock supply and need for replenishment
Keep / prepare requisitions, orders and documents for purchasing or requisitioning new/ additional stock items.
Keep track of stock movement / performance and ensure that stock orders are placed in time to avoid stock outs as well as non-moving stock is managed appropriately.
Actively participate in monthly Stock takes and ensure that any stock variances are addressed appropriately.
Responsible for constantly reviewing the warehouse processes to identify blockages and ensure adherence to set standards.
Ensuring control measures and warehouse security is always adhered to.
Minimize overall costs by improving the operating efficiency of the lubes stores, as well as maximize sales and profit from lubricant sales.
Supervise truck offloading and loading of lubes to ensure compliance to The company’s Standard Operating Procedures and HSSEQ procedures
Guide, oversee and coordinate training and development for the Lubes store team and ensure that training records are shared with human resources for staff files.
Completion of scheduled checks as prescribed by the Depot Operations Guide and Fleet Management Standard, and the prompt follow up and resolution of any incidents concerning lubricants.
Responsible for monitoring and regulating shrinkage, stock damage and obsolesce through enforcing proper housekeeping and stock display.
Responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of the warehouse team.
Carry out any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

Recognized Certification in Stock management or any other business-related qualifications
Min. 2 years’ experience in stock control and management
Organization and analytical skills
High levels of Integrity
