Based in Karen, Nairobi, the Junior Receptionist will manage reception duties by welcoming candidates and clients, handling assessments, and providing administrative support. The role will also involve prospecting for business partnerships, sourcing candidates through multiple methods, screening applications, and assisting in developing job postings and performing reference checks. The ideal candidate should be engaging, energetic, and customer-focused, with strong communication and organizational skills.

How to Apply
Manage the reception desk, welcome candidates and clients, and explain assessments.
Support Hiring Consultants with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Prospect for business opportunities and partnerships.
Maintain communication with clients to build strong relationships and understand requirements.
Source candidates using diverse methods to create a strong talent pipeline.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Assist in developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
Conduct reference checks as needed.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Social Sciences.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Energetic, engaging, friendly, and bubbly personality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
