Job Description
The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry, conduct outreach and cold calls, and represent the company during client meetings and presentations. They will prepare quotations, maintain accurate client records, and manage customer interactions across multiple communication platforms. The role also includes coordinating invoicing, delivery, after-sales support, and generating weekly sales reports. Success in this position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Conduct cold calls, outreach activities, and organize meetings with potential clients.
Present products, build relationships, and grow the client base.
Prepare accurate quotations with product specifications and follow up on approvals.
Maintain and update client databases and records.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media.
Attend to walk-in clients and address queries effectively.
Generate quotations for repairs and maintenance requests.
Produce weekly reports on quotations, sales activities, and status updates.
Ensure effective coordination of invoicing, deliveries, and after-sales services to guarantee customer satisfaction.
