Job Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Officer with programming skills to support business systems, internal applications, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong IT support fundamentals with basic to intermediate programming skills to help automate processes, support data analysis, and contribute to system improvements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level IT support (hardware, software, users)
- Develop and maintain small internal scripts or applications to automate tasks
- Support existing business systems and integrations
- Assist with basic data analysis and reporting
- Support system testing, upgrades, and deployments
- Maintain system documentation and configurations
- Support cybersecurity and IT policy compliance
- Work closely with business users to understand system requirements
