Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support the company’s financial operations. The Accountant will oversee bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, manage reconciliations, and contribute to cash flow management and financial planning.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare and maintain accurate Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and financial statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow projections and financial planning.
- Conduct regular bank and other reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Bookkeeping & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Update and manage ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
Analysis & Business Support
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
- Assist in audits and prepare reports as required by management.
Teamwork & Professional Conduct
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
