We are seeking motivated and result-driven Direct Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves engaging with customers directly, promoting Bajaj products, closing sales, and building strong client relationships. This position is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to promote Bajaj products.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers.
- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Development & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
- Report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Assist management with strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Professional Conduct & Compliance
- Uphold Verma Co.’s values, brand image, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations.
- Represent the company professionally in all client and public interactions.
