Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales performance within their assigned region. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach to achieve regional sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a team to deliver measurable business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team.
- Set clear performance targets and monitor team progress.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to improve team performance.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between regional teams and headquarters.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- Analyze regional sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Professional Conduct & Compliance
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Represent Verma Co. professionally at client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
