Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier (Fresher) to manage financial transactions, support daily sales operations, and ensure accuracy in cash handling. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, numerically skilled, and eager to grow in a professional environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Cash Handling & Transactions
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions.
Customer Service
- Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper handling of complaints or escalations.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and documentation.
- Maintain organized and secure cash handling procedures.
