How to Apply
Lead and support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring alignment with company hiring standards.
Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development plans.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with labor laws and company policy.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Support leadership in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Generate regular HR reports and contribute to workforce planning strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or Business Administration with a specialization in HR.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an added advantage.
