Job Description
The Human Resources Officer (HRO) will play a key role in maintaining and improving HR systems and practices. The role requires a proactive professional with a strong background in HR operations, particularly policy implementation and performance evaluation. The HRO will manage employee records, support hiring processes, and work cross-functionally with teams to deliver effective HR services. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Review and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s mission and goals
Manage and coordinate the performance management system and review processes
Maintain and update employee records to ensure legal compliance and accuracy
Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for new hires
Work with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and HR support

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate environment
Demonstrated experience in HR policy implementation, performance management, and documentation
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR management systems
Collaborative attitude with a focus on results
Age requirement: Below 35 years
