Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Description: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. You will lead recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and HR compliance in line with the hotel’s policies and labor regulations.

Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training

Ensure legal compliance and maintain employee records
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of 3 years’ HR management experience
Background in hotel or hospitality HR is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Knowledge of Uganda labor laws and HR best practices
