Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR-related activities, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills who can work collaboratively across teams to drive HR excellence and ensure a thriving work environment.

How to Apply
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
Manage employee relations and ensure HR policies are fairly and consistently applied.
Maintain staff records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead HR planning and development initiatives, including training and performance reviews.
Support senior management in strategic human resource planning.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues with professionalism.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or people management.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
