Job Description
Meilin International Hotel Kampala is seeking a professional and highly experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and lead all HR functions within the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and hotel industry best practices.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with hotel operations
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling
- Oversee training and staff development programs
- Implement performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospitality industry standards
- Advise management on HR strategy and workforce planning
- Promote a positive workplace culture and staff engagement
