Job Description

Job Title:  Human Resource Manager

Organisation: African Evangelistic Enterprise – Uganda (AEE-U)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: National Coordinator


To be responsible for setting systems to effectively manage HR function, administrative and logistical support in line with organization policy. Position provides timely updates and guidance to management.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in HR or a similar field is highly desirable.

  • HR Certifications: Professional HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD, along with active membership in a recognized Human Resource association, are essential.

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a well-established organization.

  • HR Systems & Technology: Expertise in managing HR systems and a strong command of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • HR Competence: Advanced knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, with a track record of leading HR functions in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
